Kristine Rego, Operations and Admin

Kristine is a New England native who used to corral her cousins into the living room to put on plays for their parents, assigning roles and directing the theatrics. It was clear from the start that she was ready to take the lead with kindness and a plan. Now, after over a decade of professional admin and operations experience for countless individuals and organizations, she has launched her own business, joyfully putting her natural gifts to use.

Kristine is an advocate, cheerleader, no-nonsense task-manager and actually loves spreadsheets. When she's not solving problems, clearing out inboxes, keeping trains on the tracks and helping her clients feel at peace, she loves real laughter, Boston sports, grabbing coffee with friends, and spending time with her loved ones.

From brainstorming to planning to executing and follow-up, she's your gal.

"Working with Kristine has helped keep my product development organized and on schedule.  She took the time to fully understand my product life-cycle and came up with a clear and concise system to keep it on track. Kristine has streamlined email communication to my subscriber list. She developed a beautiful template and does an incredible job writing the copy. By managing the email campaign she has taken a huge burden off of me and is helping me to grow my subscriber list. Kristine's versatility on various administrative tasks is a major asset to my business.”

“I absolutely love working with Kristine! She is super organized, extremely detail oriented, and creates easy to follow systems and processes. Way more importantly though is how wonderful she is to collaborate with - she always has a positive attitude, is kind and dependable, and she makes me feel so much calmer about my to do list after communicating with her.  I regularly try to think of new ways we can work together because of how much value she adds to my work-life.”

“Working with Kristine was the confidence boost I needed as a ministry leader. She was able to support the vision of our organization and offer the external support we needed to achieve our next level. Kristine offered ideas, experience, and wisdom to our team and helped with implementation to get us there.

Her friendly approach and professional care were incredibly important to the work we do and I was so thankful for her.

She understands what is means to be a part of a team and how to support from afar. Both skills critical in the workplace in the 21st century.”
